yeah the bloody exams are finally over....can stop thinking about disgusting stuff for a while..haha...

last fri was a ph...decided to go "kitty lab" with sis @ the expo...thought it might be a gd experience since it's nv been introduced in singapore...n the exhibition ends on 29Nov...so we went ahead...i wasn't for the idea initially coz i thought the tickets were way too overpriced..$35 per adult and it's a freakin' $38 on weekends & ph...but sis said she'll treat me so why shld i reject? LOL.

there's sitech(dunno wad's the right spelling but something along that line) and john little sale gg on so expo was damn crowded tt day...we walked all the way from the mrt station to hall 1 to get the tickets...this was the ticket booth...

photo- and video-taking were actually prohibited inside but...everyone's bz snapping away...so i shldn't try to be a good citizenXD the deco inside was really nice...it'll be a pity if i didnt take any pictures...so i got a few...


this was the "kitty DNA" (a.k.a. KTA) & the map behind it...everyone would be given one @ the 'customs'...the concept behind the kitty lab is to play the games @ each station and design ur very own kitty step-by-step...if u lost, u have to use the default design for the designated area of the kitty...u'll noe wad i mean later...so the KTA acts as both a game starter and a memory card to store all the designs u accumulated for your kitty...it's abit heavy actually...

this is the kitty police station..if u got lost in the area(which is highly unlikely coz it's kinda small) or forgot which station u shld go to next, u can seek for help here....
the game @ this station was one of the most corny games @ the kitty lab...basically it's to stand within a designated box and move only ur head in front of a sensor to "siam" the oncoming cars inside the game...it makes u look stupid...try imagining a bunch of ppl swaying like a grass in front of a machine-.- n i lost this game stillT-T so i couldnt choose a pair of shoes for my kitty..

this station is to play scissors, paper, stone n can get to choose ur kitty's fren if u win...i lost=( so my default fren was My Melody...not bad la...



this station is the kitty cafe...dun be misled by the name..it doesn't sell real food inside..it's juz another game station...another corny game...u gotta SShhhh!! loudly into a mic in front of the machine until the kitty head changes red colour....apparently the staff there didnt explain clearly so me n sis started sshhh-ing before the 3 sec countdown..when the game actually started, we didnt have enough breath and strength to continue sshhh-ing...end up i lost the game again-.- cannot choose food for my kitty...got a rotten apple at the endT-T
this is the star museum...choosing horoscope for your kitty..i almost got my own which is libra...but the system continued the random selection and i got gemini instead....so wasted...






the whole thing lasted for less than 35min!!! can u believe it?! mi n sis felt so cheated...it's more than a dollar per min inside there....lol...the last station was actually the exit...called the "Nekosen station"....so they made it look like one real railway station...

there's a souvenir corner at the exit...n sis bought a pair of metallic kitty spoon n fork...


everyone got a free gift which was the red card-holder tag....the black admission ticket beside it can get u 20% off the total bill at all waraku outlets..i wonder when the deal ends....

as mentioned earlier, we finished the tour in less than 35min so that earned us a "good citizen" badge each at the end....lucky we got this..if not i feel even more cheated.haha

tadah! that's my kitty...damn hip right...actually it shld be better looking...but coz of the stupid rule of 10sec choosing time..ended up choosing the wrong design when time is up after each game...arghhh...the whole thing felt so messed up....sis' kitty was worse than mine...hahaha....she got a plaster ribbon for her kitty...lol...
after the kitty tour we went john little sale for a while...but the queue was too long in the end din get anything n headed sis' place instead...played with the lil' fella before gg out for dessert @ the swensens after dinner...
enjoying himself in the comfy rockable chair and totally engrossed in a random horror movie.lol

met lala,yq n kwang on sat for a random lunch @ popeye...got this sudden weird craving so i jio-ed them out...n we ended up watching 'mulan'...everything was so random..haha..i wouldnt say the movie is nice...not too bad either...alot of war fighting scene....watching the progress of mulan from a small soldier to a general of the whole troop and giving up being the queen of her country for the chance to get back to her homeland instead...(her prospective husband was actually the 7th prince and was initially the general of the army troop when mulan was the vice general)....they fell in love during the war....abit sad in the middle when mulan's buddies died one by one during the war...rating for this movie: 3 out of 5 stars

yea finally revamp my laptop once again^^ used the hello kitty stickers which ahtan gave mi for my bdae present...it's totally cute...but stil not quite use to typing wiv those smaller fonts on the keyboard...im actually relying on my instinct to type the letters out.LOL...lucky im used to the keyboard already..if not i tink i'll take half an hour to get this blog entry done.hahaaha by the way, i pasted 'felt' material on my laptop where i rest my wrist as well(can see from the pic)...so it's more comfortable tt way...i wouldnt havta wipe that area everytime after i use the comp too...(im just plain lazy)


the letters were actually coloured but i thought writing over with black marker will make them more visible...which is easier for mi to read too...so i wrote the alphabets myself...after pasting everything then i realise there's no sticker for P!!! so i cut one sticker out n drew the letter P...lol..im such a creative girlXD

hmm...waiting for 2nd jie to reach spore...gg to fetch her @ 3am~~

i lost my thumbdrive last thurs in the school's comp lab..and only until mon did i realise i've lost it. called siok to help mi check if it's still dere coz i dun havta go to sch on mondays...she said no=( so i already prepared to get a new one. lucky there's no impt stuff in it...

went back to double check again today...& it's still dere!!! *happy* no nid waste money to get a new one...i set the name of the thumbdrive as my name instead of "removable disk" previously..so apparently the person who picked it up knew who the owner was-.-

when i check the files inside, i saw messages with onli headings tt read "HI TRACY","I FOUND YOUR THUMBDRIVE","YOU'RE TOTALLY HOT"...ok thx for the last one...i doubt the person noe how i look like-.-

lol...now i realise my school people are not that irritating...at least they are still ethical.hahaha

i sure miss this lil' fella...stil havta wait for a week before i can play with him...haha

ok now i shall update on wad happened on my birthday...i received a HUGE surprise from my darlings: ahtan, lala, yan, yq and kwang..haha...realli din expect they would come all the way to my hse on 3oct midnight...im really touched *sob* but surprise meant i'll look chui too..lol...

i was still suffering from post surprise syndrome when they wanted mi to faster make a birthday wish..in the end i onli made one which wasn't related to tao hua(or studies) at all...LOL...im not gg to tell wad it is..but it's related to everyone whom i noe^^

oh this is the most unique birthday card i've ever received...left written in korean by ahtan (who's taking korean now) & right written in jap by lala (who's taking jap now)....hahah...thanks girls=) i needed a lil' help in interpreting the korean one so ahtan translated.lol...my jap isn't as gd as lala's but @ least i can still understand wad she's saying^^

we played overnight mahjong till 7am..i was the biggest loser...experience teaches me that never ever play mahjong at ur own hse...u'll never win...even if you're the birthday girl.LOL

spent a quiet day on my birthday...rotting on the sofa..trying to study n watch tv at the same time...suddenly notice this luminous green flying bug at the ceiling...i hate flying stuff....especially those weird looking ones...so i couldnt take my eyes off that thing..scared that it'll suddenly come & attack me...& after ard 10min, it realli flew towards me!!!! so i ran & i couldn't catch my own centre of gravity & *bam!* i slipped, fell and landed face-down.

ok go ahead and laugh at me...i tink im silly too-.- now i have blue-black on my elbow..some skin on my elbow n knee had peeled off...but it's recovering alr...ouch~

baby rafael has been spending some time at our place recently...jie falling sick so brought him over...hope that she can get well soon^^ & i really hope this little fella can faster learn how to slp @ night instead of day...lol

went over to sis' place over the weekend for baby rafael's 1st month.

bunked in with sis tgt with the lil' fella....gosh we only slept for 2-3hrs...u can know why. babies don't sleep for straight 8-10 hours unlike adults.*deprived of sleep;yawn*


this was 7 in the morning after feeding him and changing as well. eyes wide open.not gg to slp any time soon. so we sat on the bed and sis played with him...
went katong for breakfast with sis & bro-in-law...headed towards expo for john little sale and food fair....after which was bah kut teh @ clarke quay for late lunch. omg....fatness...eat non-stop. went for rafael's baptism in the evening....managed to snap some pictures^^

priest pouring holy water over his forehead...suppose to half-dip him into the water but he poo-ed so they took off that idea coz there're other infants to be baptised as well..they dun wana contaminate the holy water..lol..
tadah! baby rafael's a catholic now...still sleeping after everything-.- haha...chubby lil' fella...gg off for celebration dinner @ tung lok after the baptism...yummy~ ate until damn full...goodness...imagine the increase in weight over just 2 days.gosh.
